This slow ritual will purify and heal you with citrus smoke and notes of pine and frankincense. A beautiful ritual to relax, heal your mind and body. Light a stick for about 15 seconds (or until well lit) continue the ritual by lighting the fire to release the healing smoke. Move it into your space counterclockwise to clear yourself and your surroundings and allow yourself to tap into your higher self.
