    By choosing the specific payment method, you will be transferred to the secure transaction environment of the cooperating bank that has undertaken the routing of credit/debit cards. We confirm that our company does not receive any information about your credit card.
    PAY ON DELIVERY The cash on delivery payment method is only available for purchases within Greece. For those who prefer this method, the products are received (at the address you stated) through the courier company (courier center express transport), with which we cooperate, and you pay the price of your order at the time of receipt. Your order has a delivery time of 3-7 working days.

  6. Returns / Changes
    In the event that the product you received does not satisfy you for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be returned to you by deposit to your bank account), or change it (you will find a change form here).
    Changes and returns are made within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
    Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been worn beyond testing, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also any tags that come with the product should be there, exactly as they were when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail sales receipt or invoice.
    For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.
    For changes, the cost of return and subsequent shipping of the product amounts to 6 euros (if it is sent with Courier Center courier services) and is charged to the buyer upon receipt of the change product. Otherwise, you can return it in any way you wish at your own expense and when you receive the product of the change, 3.5 euros shipping costs are paid.
    The cost of expenses for return or exchange and subsequent return of the product shall be borne by the buyer.

    Product shipments are made through the partner courier company Courier Center (and its partners).
    Europe and rest of world:
    DHL. Depending on the country and the weight of the ordered products, the DHL price list applies.*In any case, you will be informed by our eshop before the completion of your order. For non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes that may occur are covered by the recipient. This rule includes the United Kingdom and Switzerland. 
    If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Our company bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to serve you better.
    The company reserves the right to modify or renew the available products, sales prices and other terms and conditions of transactions, without prior information to consumers. Our company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition.
    The Code of Consumer Ethics for E-Commerce, as formulated on the basis of Decision No. 31619οικ/15-3-2017 of the Minister of Economy and Development (Government of Commerce File No. B ́ 969/22-3-20170), is published by our online store and you can read it here:
    According to the Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into the Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015 and the Decision 31619 Official Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8) the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is foreseen in whole of the European Union. If the Customer has a problem with a purchase he made from the Online Store and resides in the EU he can use the website for out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
    It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes that may arise from the application of these terms and the general use of the website by the visitor or user thereof, as long as they are not resolved amicably, are governed by Greek law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Patras.
